The versatile and clear syrup among spreads
There’s nothing this product can’t do: Heller Syrup can be used for a wide range of consumable products and is particularly suitable for bread. It also enhances the flavour of desserts, gravies, sweet and sour cuisine and can even be used as a substitute for granulated sugar.
Our Heller Sirup consists mainly of invert sugar syrup (a mixture of fructose and glucose) and sucrose. It undergoes slight caramelisation during the manufacturing process, which gives it a sweet and subtle flavour.
Grafschafter Heller Sirup is naturally gluten- and lactose-free.
